  HEARING SCREENING WORKSHOP hosted at Greenbush (Girard) today!Participants learned techniques and procedures necessary for hearing screening in populations from infants and toddlers to school-aged children. Procedures covered included Otoscopy, Tympanometry, Audiometry and Otoacoustic Emissions. The participants had the opportunity to practice the screening techniques and learn to properly use their screening equipment.

  The Instructional Coach Cadre (ICC) met today at Greenbush (Girard). ICC is intended to provide participants with support, time for learning and reflection, and an opportunity to develop or refine their coaching skills and practices. ICC is led by presenters Wade Redeker and Carmen Coughlin.We are striving to create a professional community of learners who are interested in collaborating, sharing ideas and experiences, and modeling continuous growth and improvement for others. Participants will consider the content and perspectives shared in each session, connect and compare it to their current practice, and use what they can in order to have the greatest potential influence in their schools.
